About the Hall
Gurnard Village Hall is in the heart of Gurnard and provides an excellent venue for community events, family celebrations, craft groups and musical activities.
Situated in Worsley Road, it is set back from the traffic at the end of a short lane. There is a small amount of parking beside the Hall itself and a lawned area with trees.
The hall has been extensively refurbished in recent years with new double glazed windows and comfortable furniture. The freshly fitted kitchen provides a gas hob, electric urn, a microwave and an electric oven as well as cutlery, crockery and glasses.
At one end of the hall is a stage with curtains and spotlights which can be used for plays and concerts. The hall is licensed for music and has a piano, an amplifier and a loop system for hearing aid users.
Level access into the hall makes it easily accessible for wheelchairs users and there is also an accessible toilet.
